General Practitioner Registrars:

The practice is a "training practice" for Doctors who have decided to specialise in General Practice. These GP registrars are fully qualified with at least two years of hospital experience; they spend six months or a year with us, with a view to entering a practice as a partner. They provide the same standard of care as the other doctors. All of the partners are involved in training with Dr Cuddihy being the official "trainer".

Medical Students:

Medical students from Glasgow University and overseas occasionally sit in with the doctors, much in the same way as medical students in hospital sit in with the consultants. You will be told by the reception staff if a student is present and if you have any objections he or she will leave for the duration of the consultation.
